INTRODUCTION
Allow me to introduce myself. I am a lifelong resident of N.Y. I grew up in Commack, Suffolk County. I am the youngest of 8 children. My father is a retired Chief of the New York City Fire Department and my mother was a housewife and teachers aid. My parents instilled in me the virtues of honesty and integrity. The practice of law has enhanced my duty of loyalty and fiduciary responsibility. I am a husband of 13 years and father of three. I have devoted my time to pro bono legal services, philanthropy, youth coaching and the U.S. Coast Guard. I graduated from Commack High School North, University of Maryland, College Park and Thomas Cooley Law School. I have spent many years upstate camping in Lake George and on family property in Watertown and Binghampton. Although I live on Long Island I know upstate and the City very well.
I have been licensed to practice law in NY since 1996. I am licensed in the State Court, Federal Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the United States Court of International Trade. I have a general practice with 16 years experience in litigation, real estate, personal injury, foreclosure defense and debt consolidation.
